What is Easy Balance?

Easy Balance

Easy Balance is an absorbent balancing powder which is put directly inside truck and bus tyres. Its ability to redistribute itself when the vehicle is moving maintains optimal balance of the tyre and rim at all times throughout the tyre's lifetime.

The product has been on the market since 1994 and since then has demonstrated its ability to balance vehicle tyres in both Sweden and the rest of Europe.

Tests have shown that:

Easy Balance are is sold in single pouches of 100, 200, 300, 350 and 500 g as well as 7.5 kg tubs with dosing measure.

How does Easy Balance work?

Easy Balance balancing powder is put directly into the tyre during fitting.

When the vehicle is stationary Easy Balance lies at the bottom of the tyre. When the vehicle reaches a speed of at least 25+30 km/hr, centrifugal force distributes Easy Balance around the inside of the tyre. The tyre absorbs the vibrations that occur between the road and the tyre and Easy Balance is moved to the point that is out of balance. If the imbalance point changes, the distribution of Easy Balance changes too.
